Organize Your Kid's Clothes

Check out Amy's blog for a free download for days of the week tags.

I like pretty colorful things. Especially when they have polka-dots.

This doesn't work for me yet because if I allow my boys to go in their closet they lose their minds. Suddenly they start pulling every piece of clothing off the hangers and dropping them on the floor. I don't know why. Also, once they got in there they would ignore everything else and go straight for the Star Wars T-shirt no matter what instruction was given to them. They just can't help themselves.

I'm wondering now if Amy could make some Star Wars hang tags.

Thanks for the great shout out! My son is the exact same about Star Wars. I don't know why, but he seems to wear the things I lay out for him. Oh... maybe because each day it's either a Star Wars or Batman shirt! ha.

Are you serious?!? Organizing my son's clothes like that would require me to actually be that organized. And besides, we never know what the weather is gonna be like around here. One day it is snowing nine inches, and the next day it is a balmy 60 degrees.

These tags are adorable. I always have fabulous intentions- but it's not me I'm worried about- it's my kids! I'd pick out clothes M-Sunday and they come up with their own ideas of what they want to wear. You should see some of their ensembles!

Let's all just say 'no' to having kids' closets. Maybe we could encourage home builders to provide one big kids' closet adjacent to the laundry room and install one of those drive-through bank or pharmacy nifty tube shooters. Load up the kids' clothes for the day, and shoot it to their rooms. No other choices and no more rooting around for Batman or camo.

Just thought I'd mention (for no particular reason) that the word verication I have for this post is 'fartused'. Whuh?

Every time I click over here, I feel like I am being ordered to clean. "Organize your kid's clothes!" But I don't wanna! I didn't want to 13 days ago, and I still don't.

See? I get crabby without your cute blog posts! ;)
